March is for...

March is for reading beautiful books + counting gifts. And for giveaways. To enter your own copy of Ann Voskamp's book, One Thousand Gifts leave a comment with a book recommendation or current good read of your own. Check back on Friday to see if you won. I am so very excited to start our study of this book with dear friends on Thursday morning.

" Thanksgiving creates abundance; and the miracle of multiplying happens when I give thanks - take the just one loaf, say it is enough, and give thanks - and He miraculously makes it more than enough. I have beheld suds in sun, and I have known miracles like that. "

March is for cheerful primroses to brighten up the gray, snow-melting days.

March is for baby showers, thrown by amazingly artistic + precious friends.
Is that not the sweetest little invitation you have ever seen? It's been hanging on my refrigerator and making me smile all week long.

March is for...wearing cute hats.

March is for...enjoying the swirl of pretty colors in Annabelle's birthday fish in their vintage green mason jar "fish bowl."

March is for homemade waffles on the weekends

March is for stacks of pretty fabric + sewing up quilts.

What is March for to you friend?

Love the pretty pictures, love your heart, love you! Can't wait to see you soon! Did you know I was talking to a lady the other day about you....we were trying to scheme. She said she had talked to a lady who was having a baby named Lucy Wren and another the same day who was having a baby named Lucy Mae! Hmmm...which one are you? I think I know...

March is for getting ready for spring time!
Being married to a farmer means that things are about to get pretty crazy around here within the next few weeks:)
But, I am putting away the winter and bringing out all the Easter and Spring decorations.
Love all your sweet pics and love you!

March is for burrowing out of snow, the lion is roaring here! The beautiful bright light is very welcome, though, on these gray winter days. So hoping the roads clear so I can come to your happy shower. Your pictures are lovely! They so perfectly represent your life. Favorite books right now: Just finished "Woman in White" a great classic, starting "Anne of Green Gables" again :) Love you!

That is the sweetest baby shower invite ever! March is for thinking about gardens and watching the snow melt, bit by bit.

Oh my lanta Jack - he amazes me every time I see new pics of him. He is so big and beautiful! What a lucky momma you are. Your babyshower invite is sweet! I love your writings... And thank you for the prayers.

Also - I dont know if it is your style of book or read, but the book 'Eat Pray Love' is better then the movie and is what motivated and inspired me, showed me it was okay to talk to God. So if you ever find time when you're looking for something, maybe you can see something that I didn't see in the book!

Love and miss you and your family Chelle.

Chelle, you just make my heart melt! You are so dear and I love these sweet glimpses of you and your sweet ones. Nobody can write a post in the way that you can. You are so unique. Love you, and can't wait to start our study too!

Oh Chelle, I can't believe all of the loveliness seeping from your home right now. That stack of fabric is the definition of joy.

And Andi's invite is so so cute! For some reason, I don't think I'd heard the final call on her name. (I've been calling her tulip too. ;) Lucy is so so pretty and adorable. Perfect choice. I cannot wait to see her sweet face!

YOu're so sweet for sharing a copy of this book! I've been wanting to get my hands on it and have been waiting patiently on the reserve list at the library.

I'm having a little giveaway on my blog this week too...Perhaps a onesie for Lucy and a headband for Annabelle!?

LUCY!!! I didn't know her name either and I adore it (Big adore).

I want to read that book so much!! What a great giveaway!

I just finished Beth Moore's "So long insecurity" and it is one of my new favorites. Really good for addressing things that we (women) deal with and cycles/habits we need to break.

The pictures you take and share here are so heart warming and wonderful!
